Video Addon for Vimeo

Introduction

The built-in video hook only supports YouTube videos. With this plugin, you can embed YouTube and Vimeo videos. As an added extra, you can also show an update message when users gain points for watching a video. This update message is inserted under the video being watched and if you select to award points by interval, it is updated each time a user gains points.

Setup

• Navigate to WordPress admin Dashboard > myCred > Toolkit
• Search for a Video Addon for Vimeo
• Enable

Hook Configuration

• Go to Points > Hooks
• Search for “Point for viewing videos (premium)” hook, then Drag and Drop

• Press on the hook to configure

• Admin can select the points to award the user for viewing the video
• The amount of video that will have to be seen will also be decided by the admin
