WooCommerce Metrics Hub
This section of the WooCommerce Metrics Hub provides a clear overview of your store’s key performance and customer engagement metrics. By presenting data like points earned, points redeemed, revenue trends, and customer behavior, it helps you quickly understand the impact of your loyalty program and make informed decisions with ease.
Note: The WooCommerce plugin must be enabled to display KPIs and charts for the WooCommerce Metrics Hub.

Points Earned
The Points Earned card displays the total myCred points accumulated through product purchase activities and WooCommerce-related hooks within your store.
Insight: Higher points earned indicate strong member engagement and a healthy connection between purchases and loyalty.
Points Redeemed
The Points Redeemed card tracks the total number of myCred points that customers have redeemed through coupons or directly at checkout. All points used as discounts or rewards during WooCommerce purchases are reflected in this KPI.
Insight: A higher redemption rate shows your rewards are effectively motivating members to engage and make purchases.
Revenue
The Revenue card tracks the total revenue generated from all orders placed through your WooCommerce store, reflecting the overall order value across customer transactions.
Insight: Higher total revenue indicates a strong sales performance and increased customer purchasing activity in your store.
Average Order Value (AOV) Lift
The Average Order Value Lift card measures how your loyalty program influences customer spending behavior. It compares the average order value of loyalty members with that of non-members to determine the incremental value generated by your rewards program per transaction.
Insight: A positive AOV lift indicates that loyalty members are spending more per order than non-members, highlighting the effectiveness and revenue impact of your program.
New vs Returning Customers
The New vs Returning Customers chart tracks your member base, breaking it down into new acquisitions versus returning participants. The total shows the accumulated figure of new and returning customers
Insight: A healthy balance between new and returning members indicates both growth and retention strength in your program.
Revenue Impact Analysis
The Revenue Impact Analysis chart shows revenue trends with and without your loyalty rewards program over time.
Insight: It helps you quickly see whether the loyalty rewards program is driving revenue growth over time.
Total Transactions
The Total Transactions chart visualizes overall transaction activity over time through bar charts. It captures all reward transactions, including both points awarded and points deducted.
Insight: Monitoring transaction peaks helps optimize marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Redemption Rate
The Redemption Rate gauge chart measures the current percentage of points being redeemed, using a visual gauge with performance indicators to show overall redemption performance.
Insight: A high redemption rate signals that rewards are attractive and resonating well with your members.
