Notify users on reaching a specific point balance
- When the user reaches a specific point balance, the user can receive an email via the User reaches a point balance email trigger.
- To enable the email notification for User reaches a point balance, select the email notification dropdown on the top right corner under the Email Trigger Panel.
- After that, select the specific Point Type by which the notification has to be provoked.
- Enter the desired points in the Points field on which the email will be triggered.
