- When the user makes a request for the Badge or Rank, the Email will be triggered and sent to the Admin.
- The Admin will receive the email.
- Navigate to the WordPress Admin Dashboard → myCred → myCred Submissions.
- The user requests are displayed in this section.
- Click on the Approved button to accept the request or click on the Rejected button to reject the request.
- The status of the request is changed to Approved.
- The requested badge will be awarded to the user.
