myCRED has built-in support for WP eCommerce allowing your customers to pay for orders on checkout using points.
Once the Gateway add-on is enabled, myCRED will automatically become as a payment option for you to use in your WP eCommerce stores settings. Once enabled, your customers will be able to chose to pay for an order using points, assuming they can afford it.
The gateway works just like any other payment operator. If a user has enough points, they can select to pay, but if they can not afford the cost, they will not.
- Activate the Gateway Add-on on the myCRED Add-ons page.
- Go to the Settings > Store page and click on the “Payments” tab on the top of the page.
- myCRED should be visible in the “Payment Gateways” table on the bottom of the page. Click on “Settings” to show the settings. Make sure all log templates are filled out or no transactions will be approved. Click “Update” when you are ready.
- Tick the checkbox next to the myCRED label and click “Save” on the bottom of the page. This will enable the gateway.
